Experienced & Tech-Ready! Sharon Darley started her Real Estate career in 2002 after 32 years of leadership in Technical and At-Risk School Programs in Coastal Georgia. Sharon teamed together with other top agents in the Coldwell Banker Savannah Area Office to create one of the area's first teams to move her real estate career forward. Sharon’s drive to not retire, after completing a career in Educational Management, combined with others to create a driving force in today’s real estate market in the Savannah Metropolitan Area. Hard-working agents, high tech approaches, client interaction, and top marketing on the Internet, was the secret to their marketing success. To enrich their Buyer’s experience, they were Accredited Buyer Reps and Certified Relocation Specialists with Cendant and Affinity for 9 years. Staying on top of the market, knowing new communities, educational knowledge, and using analysis to determine the "right price" for their customers is a creed they lived by.
As a Master Certified Sales Specialist (MCSP), trained by the National Homebuilder’s Association, Sharon worked onsite with various builders in Rincon, South Effingham, Guyton, Black Creek Community in Ellabell, Richmond Hill, Pooler and Savannah selling new homes .
Sharon served on the Patrick Darley Team and together they earned: Top New Homes Sales Team for Tri-County Area in 09 and 10. Individual Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards 2004 - 2010. Million Dollar Awards followed up to 2023 with the Savannah Board of Realtors.
